We would like to welcome our newest member to the NLXF team, Cassie Bakker. We are excited to see Cassie grow through out the session. Take a second to get to know her:
How did you become involved with NLXF?
I started taking NLXF at Session 19 (2015). Once I started seeing results, losing 65lbs in total and becoming stronger and healthier; I became addicted! I haven’t missed a session since then and became a trainer in 2018 (Session 29). NLXF changed my life and I knew this is where I wanted to end up, so a year before I was asked to join the team, I started personal training and working the front desk.
What excites you most about being a part of the NLXF team?
Being able to learn and grow with and from each other! We all have our strengths and we continue to build on that as sessions go on! Also, seeing the determination in our members day in and day out is unmatched!
What makes NLXF different? What are some goals you have as an NLXF trainer?
NLXF is different because we are one big family! Nothing compares to the atmosphere in that room. Everyone cheers everyone on, and wants to see each other succeed! No one in that room judges each other and there’s a spot for everyone- no matter age, physical condition, weight/size! Whatever your goals are, we’ve got you covered!
As a trainer, I want to help people the way this program helped me. I wouldn’t be where I am today without it! I also want to continue to learn from my co-trainers and keep NLXF new and exciting!
If you could give a client one piece of advice as to why NLXF is the right program for them, what would it be?
My advice is to just try a session! Words can’t really explain how awesome NLXF is, you kind of have to see for yourself! I promise, once you come try one class, you’ll be hooked! If you have any reason to modify, no need to worry, we’ve got a modification for everything! If you do decided to join, get to know us trainers and introduce yourself!
